A wall decal is an image or graphic printed directly onto an opaque vinyl adhesive. A low-tack adhesive is used, which allows the wall vinyl decal to be removed, reused, and replaced several times without damaging the paint or gypsum board. Wall decals can be cut to shape, have unlimited color options and come in a wide range of sizes.
Designed primarily for indoor use, custom wall decals are an excellent choice for office, business and retail walls, as well as home décor.
Questions about Custom Wall Decals?
What material are your wall stickers made of?
Our wall decals are made of a thin (4 mil) flexible vinyl material. The vinyl has a low-height adhesive backing that allows you to apply it and remove it from the interior walls as needed.
Are wall decals the same as wall stickers?
As with our window decals, there is often some confusion around the terms used when talking about wall decals. While technically an inappropriate name, the term wall sticker is often used in place of the wall sticker. The wall label is incorrect because the labels are not reusable, use a stronger adhesive and generally leave adhesive residue when the label is removed. Wall decals, on the other hand, can be stored and reused if done correctly, repositioned because of the low tack adhesive used, and leave little or no residual adhesive. So, while we understand what the term “custom wall stickers” refers to, the correct term is wall decal or even wall graphic.
What is the shelf life of my wall label?
With proper use and proper care and maintenance, your wall decal should last more than 5 years.
